Terms & Conditions – Workshops by Merada Richter and Dr. Kerstin Bilik.

We want our workshops to feel safe, enjoyable, and clear for everyone. These Terms & Conditions help us create a good structure. By signing up, you agree to the points below.
1. Who we are
Our workshops are jointly run by: Dr. Kerstin Bilik – Coaching & Consulting, Zurich and Merada Richter Coaching, Zurich. We work together as co-facilitators and co-organisers.
2. Registration
Your spot is confirmed once: you sign up through the registration form or online platform (e.g., Tixtree), you accept these terms, and you receive a confirmation email. Places are limited and given in the order registrations come in.
3. Payment
Workshop fees are listed in the event description.
Unless stated otherwise, payment is due right after registration.
Your place is secured once payment has been received.
4. What’s included
The fee covers everything listed in the workshop description. What’s not included: travel, insurance, personal expenses.
5. Shared Meals
For some workshops, everyone brings a small contribution of food for the group. By joining, you agree that:
you are responsible for the food you bring,
you take care of your own allergies and dietary needs,
you decide for yourself what you feel comfortable eating.
We cannot guarantee allergen-free or specially prepared food. If you have allergies or restrictions, please bring your own safe option.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel:
More than 30 days before: full refund
29–14 days before: 50% refund
Less than 14 days: no refund
You can always send a replacement person if you cannot attend.
Missed parts of the workshop are not refundable.
7. If we need to cancel
We may cancel or move the workshop if: one of us becomes ill, too few people sign up, unsafe weather conditions (for outdoor workshops), or other unexpected situations.
If that happens, you get a full refund of the workshop fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover travel or other personal costs.
8. Health & Personal Responsibility
Workshops may involve personal reflection, light movement, or time outdoors.
Please make sure you: listen to your body and emotional boundaries, take care of yourself, let us know about medical conditions that we should be aware of. Workshops are not therapy or medical treatment.
9. Nature & Outdoor Settings
If the workshop is held in a forest hut or natural environment, please be aware of natural risks such as uneven ground, insects, or weather. You participate at your own responsibility and take care of your own safety.
10. Liability
We are not liable for: injuries, loss or damage of personal items, accidents caused by weather or terrain, indirect or consequential damages. Please ensure you have your own health/accident insurance, as is normal in Switzerland.
11. Photos
We sometimes take photos to capture the atmosphere. Our simple rule:
If you do not want to appear in photos, just tell us anytime — no problem at all.
Otherwise, we may use selected photos for our website or social media.
12. Data privacy
We handle your personal data carefully and according to Swiss law.
Your data is used only for organising the workshop and communicating with you.We do not share your information with third parties.
13. Confidentiality
What is shared in the workshop stays in the workshop. We expect everyone to respect each other’s stories, privacy, and boundaries.
14. Swiss Law
These terms follow Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
